INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Ca' Foscari University of Venice, as Data Controller and pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation 679/2016 ("Regulation"), hereby provides you with information regarding the processing of personal data you have provided in this registration form (company name of the company for which you are the contact person, Tax Code and VAT number of the company, contact details of the legal representative, its company email address). Your company email address will be used only to send you the credentials to access the management software where you can fill in and/or consult the University's internship agreement or offers. Should you need to change the email address provided, please contact stage.estero@unive.it or the addresses indicated below. The provision of personal data is necessary in order to access the aforementioned information. Failure to provide personal data will prevent access to the aforementioned management system.

Your data shall be kept for the period of activity and deleted at the end of one year of inactivity. The legal basis for such processing is provided by Art. 6.1.e) of the Regulation ("performance of a task carried out in the public interest"). You may object to the aforementioned processing at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@unive.it. If you wish to exercise the rights referred to in Art. 15-22 of the Regulation (access, rectification, erasure, restriction and/or objection), you can contact the DPO at the email address provided above or contact the Data Controller via PEC (certified mail) at protocol@unive.it. You may always lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or take legal action if you believe that your data were processed by breaching the law.
